Real-world workforce leadership
Lindsay Lester is an Aboriginal business owner, consulting arborist, and founder of JobSync. With experience across arboriculture, rope access, mechanical fitting and fabrication, mining, offshore operations, and former Navy service as a hydrographic surveyor, Lindsay brings practical, real-world workforce experience into technology and business operations. He is passionate about building systems that improve hiring, onboarding, compliance, and employment opportunities while supporting environmental sustainability and Aboriginal workforce development. Outside of work, Lindsay enjoys surfing, music, and spending time with his family.
